• Check your windows and doors for leaks or drafts.
• Ensure your yardwork and landscaping is finished.
• Prepare to store your summer furniture and lawn ornaments or decorations.
• Perform tree and shrub maintenance or pruning.
• Ensure that your outdoor water spigots are turned off.
• Insulate any exposed plumbing pipes.
• Schedule your HVAC service for your AC units or Boiler.
• Check to be sure that your chimney and vents are free from blockage.
• Blow away any roof or gutter debris.
• Check the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
• Check the dates on your fire extinguishers.
